Registered Questrade Account

Customer herein Acknowledges that:

1. Each transaction made by the customer is a purchase or sale of Physical Gold and/or Silver.
2. Registered physical Gold and/or Silver accounts may be cashed out in full or a portion at any time just like any other registered assets held.
3. A minimum amount of cash will remain in all registered accounts to cover transparent fees. (Gold/Silver storage and insurance)
4. All Conversations between Customer and New World Precious Metals may be recorded for verification purposes and securely stored according to Privacy Laws.
5. That all orders (purchase or sale) placed by Customer with NEW WORLD PRECIOUS METALS are final and, therefore, are not subject to cancellation or modification, unless mutually agreed to in writing by Customer and NEW WORLD PRECIOUS METALS.
6. The decisions of the Customer to purchase or sell Precious Metals Products are solely those of the Customer, and the Customer is aware of the inherent risks involved in owning Precious Metals.
7. Broker Commissions Charged to the Customer by NEW WORLD PRECIOUS METALS are a maximum of 5% of the Total Market Value on Purchases and 3% of the total Market Value on Sales.
